2006 LX470 left rear turn hyperblinking

I have a 2006 LX470 with left rear turn hyperblinking. I already replaced the 2 orange bulbs in the left corner without affect. Any ideas?

Did you take a look at both front and rear?

Also, did you use LED lights? Because they tend to hyperflash without a resistor.
