Default Ecu-b2 has a 18 ma draw

Hi all I have a lexus lx470 I have fitted a new battery in it but it keeps draining it down is 18mA draw normal from fuse ecu-b2

Does that happen when the car is on or off? Unsure about the fuse, but have you considered that it might be an issue with the alternator?
