Denver Service
Hey all, I am reaching my 5,000 mark on my 2k2 LX. I am currently residing in Colorado Springs, and I want to get serviced in Denver. Any reccomendations? I think that there is only 2 dealers in Denver, Colorado......
Do I get a loaner for a day? If so what model?
How long approx does the first service and consist of?
I will be looking at the 03's when I get up there..Any thoughts on the new model?

Why don't you give me a call. I work for Kuni Lexus, and we have discounts for club members. You will not get a loaner for a 5k mile service. It should only take 45 minutes to an hour, and the new model LX470 is absolutely wonderful. I am in sales, but I handle all club member(s) services and parts. Dont ever go to Stevinson Lexus. Period. We purchased a Certified LX470 last week and realized after having the truck that it was a rebuilder. Yes, the entire front end had been replaced....frame crossmembers and all, parts missing, parts not bolted on properly....yeah, this truck went through the Certification process in that service department. Ha! the rear brakes were worn to 10 percent.
Yes, they took the truck back and looked pretty dumb in the whole experience. We are not through with Stevinson by any means.

I was going to call you but not really interested in those colors. We are closing a deal with Bell Lexus of Phoenix tomorrow. 99 Topaz with 41k miles, Certified in absolutely mint condition. I had a friend go over and inspect the truck. No damage or paintwork anywhere. As for Stevinson...Lexus will hear from us, not that anything will be done. But, damn it...Stevinson is a Elite dealer and the situation we were put in was just plain fraud.
Thanks for your offer on this one. Maybe if I ever sell my SC and go for the GS4 or something we can deal. I will use your service department in the future. I have used it in the past with no problems....you can bet Stevinson will never see us again...nor anyone else who lives up in Vail if I can help it. I have lots of connections.
