Trouble with keyless entry 1998 LX 470
The light on the remote comes on but the doors won't unlock. Is there a way to reprogram or reset the system? Thanks for the help.

The first and easiest thing I would recommend is to replace the battery in the remote..It might be strong enough to light the remote, but not strong enough to work the locks...It is possible to check the remote battery with a volt meter........I am assuming that this remote has worked on this car in the past.......hopes this helps
