INSTALLED A TRAILER HITCH on my '02 LX 470
I looked on the 'net and found a DRAW-TITE receiver hitch for <$150 that said 30 min install w/no drilling....They were right about 'no drilling' but it took me ~an hour...hardest part was loosening the bolts on the frame of the LX...(you will need a big socket set(metric & standard???)....now I have the same 6500# capacity(and then some) that came standard on my 99 & '01 LX 470s...for some reason this vehicle didn't have a factory hitch...I guess it's an option, not standard equip???Now I've got to figure out what type of wiring harness I need to plug in the trailer lights???

If you need a four pole flat connector, this plugs into the unused connector in between the muffler and the spare tire. The unused connector was attached to a white plug. Not sure if all LX's came stock with this connector.
Draw-tite part number 18245.

I sure hope it works, I just ordered one(cheaper from PERFORMANCE & free shipping)..I checked my LX & I see a plug that it should fit..thanks for the info
