It still runs strong as hell. I just fix whatever goes wrong and keep up with the suggested service. Just having cv probs at the moment. Its bound to break sooner or later.

What kind of CV problems are those? Grease leaking out of the boots?
I'm about at 57.5K, just finished the 60K service on the LX and the 200K service on the 4runner a few weeks ago (took me half a week)...Whew. That was a lot of work.

408.
headed up to bishop area next weekend to catch some fish. that'll get me over a 1000 and completely out of the 'break in' time..... i still have yet to decide what the term 'excessive speed' means in the owners manual???? 80-85 should be fine for highway driving i hope.

on the 395 to mammoth or on the 15 to vegas on a weekend, 80mph is just barely keeping pace in the slow lane. people in LA spend so damned much time in traffic that the right pedal gets a workout when the freeways open up. it's no joke.
it's not uncommon to have a group of cars rolling along over 90 on those routes. i usually get in line and make some time, but i'm worried about the whole 'excessive speeds' line in the owners manual. not joking. i remember looking down at the speedometer once headed to vegas and there were 3-4 of us cruising at 103. didn't even realize it. also had 2 LC's pass me on the 395 one time, both tinted really dark and rolling around 100 like it was nothing.
i wish it outlined specific RPM limits for periods of time or something like that. i'm not going to screw up the new truck by driving 90 instead of 80, if indeed 90 is excessive speed. who knows.

Oh and suhyuk, why did you hope nobody has over 100k? That means these trucks last so you wont have to worry about large problems. Trucks in great condition over 100k? a lot of manufactures cant say that about their products.
