Blind Spot monitor
#2
If you are referring to the lane change blind spots, I used mirrors.
On my 2007 I used convex stick-ons similar to these; They were less than $10. Theywere fine, but didn't help when I was towing my horse trailer.
So, for my 3rd gen LX570, I went with Clearview towing mirrors. They plug into the factory wiring and work great. They were fairly easy to install. Cost was around $600. Here they are pictured on a Land Cruiser from the seller's web site. They appear to be the same towing mirrors as I have on my GMC 2500HD pickup, modified to mount cleanly using theLexus factory holes and wiring connector for power adjustments. They were from Australia, and could be ordered for either LHD or RHD LX and Land Cruiser.
