2006 LX470 brake pedal vibration when stopped

My LX and S600 this last fall, i just got the S600 back on the road on Saturday.
Hi all, I drive a 2006 Canadian spec LX470 and i love it. However, I've noticed that when I'm stopped at a light with my foot on the brake there is a very light, rapid vibration that is also present, albeit less pronounced in the steering wheel. Any ideas what it could be?

I think the front rotor is warped and need to be replace. I would check the caliper and brake pads too, might be a good time to bleed the brake fluids while you at it.

He said it's vibrating when he's stopped not while stopping. It almost sounds like the abs is pulsing. I'm lost on this one
