We got about 4 inches of snow last night here in NC. So of course the whole damn state shut down almost. It's true don't laugh. I texted some co-workers that I will be in to work and received an awesome reply that described my vision on this vehicle perfectly. "You just want to play in the snow with your apocalyptic luxury off-road truck." To which I replied "You know it" We only get snow once or twice a year so yep i get right out there in it. "apocalyptic luxury off-road truck" I love that!

Yeah, I had a co-worker ask me if I was a prepper.
I thought he was asking because I painted the truck.
I had no idea what he was talking about.
Have fun in the snow!

No we are not survivalists we just like vehicles that can get us anywhere we want to go. And we like to have everything we need along the way and when we get there. Plus they are just so damn cool! DC is getting it's fair share so you have fun in the snow also!

Nice work and a question...

Where did you get the pouch on the back window to hold stuff? These guys http://https://www.orangeboxxfabrica...-2007-side-psd have some interesting stuff-holders.

Thanks

Steve

All lighting on the truck is finished now officially

Next Project is this... Just deciding whether to buy it or attempt to build it myself. Decisions, Decisions...

Looking better and better. I’m actually finishing up my drawer build now. I will post pictures when I’m done. Just waiting for the handles and then deciding on what to coat it with. Paint, line-x, carpet, etc.

Well, I started on my rear drawer build this weekend. I’m building one drawer at a time customized for my equipment with sliders. I will then build the sides. All the parts for this drawer and slide came right from Home Depot. Even the carpet and metal edging. I used 3/4 inch plywood and 24inch soft close slide rails. Everything is screwed and glued for strength.

Looks awesome
I'm still going back and forth between wrapping mine in carpet or a truck bed type coating.
Still up in the air but yours is swaying my decision.

Less prep and easier application with carpet. Less cleanup and no paint smell in your truck either. Plus carpet helps keep stuff from sliding.

Thanks.

Added the second part of my rear storage this weekend. I built it tall enough to cover all my equipment and to have. Top slide out. A slide out for the rugged coffee maker. I still have some trim work to do. And the wheel well covers to build.
