I been looking for new LX470 but it seems the dealers don't really want to bargain for the LX470 (61k and up). So, I started looking at used 2003 LX470 but the price of those are almost are close as new. Any advice on how to get the best price of 2003 LX470 new or used.
Should i wait till more used LX470 2003 are on the market.

check out ebay you might get lucky and pick up a slightly used one at a great discount.
