2007 LX470 performance ECU tuning

Hello!

Is any one can tell me if any performance tuning product exists for 2007 LX470?
Engine software? Tranny software?

Also, do you know where can I buy bull bar like this?

Toyota has engine parameters locked down...and locked down extremely well.
