will I have full control of camber adjustment with these?
No, it just adds an additional 2.5 degrees of negative camber on top of whatever you can get from stock adjustment. I was able to get around -4 degrees at my driving height. This also pushes the wheels forward towards the center of the wheel arch 10mm.
