Original post below:
Sad day, my dad's ucf10 transmission has let the magic smoke out. She was a great car for the last few years and there are lots of things that need to be addressed so it's not worth saving.

For the time being I'm keeping the motor, cats and ecu. Everything else is up for grabs.

Let me know what you need.

Located in Oxnard, Ca for those interested in picking up.

White on tan, good body and paint but hood has one link looks like someone closed it on a screwdriver. Grey lower plastic cladding could use paint.

Hood struts good.

Key set with original Lexus key and one copy. Ignition, trunk, door locks all tight. Have transponder chip as well as 89-92 remote module that I never got around to installing.

Climate control, good. Rebuilt.

Power steering pump was a reman and last checked wasn't leaking.

Steering rack was also a reman and wasn't leaking last checked. Might have a tear in the boot. Newer tie rod ends too. Moog? Will look up receipts.

California custom lowering springs on kyb gr2 shocks good condition no leaks. Nice stance and ride quality. Reportedly made by Eibach.

Tan interior, brown belts. Have to check condition.

Installed a good condition black carpet but has some tears on passenger footwell.

Also have black

Seats are torn and cracked like most other LS400s.

UCF20 engine cover with brackets was repainted black not bad for age.

Things that affect the cars ability to roll (suspension and steering) will sell once car is further along, can't leave a car dumped on no suspension in my driveway (HOA)

How much for the gauge cluster? If it's the same as the 92 that is.

Oh wow, how time flies. Sorry fellas, I totally got sidetracked with a new job and the car has just been here in front of my house taking up space. I will be pushing it into the driveway this weekend (Sunday most likely) and will be replying to your PMs and requests after I check the condition of those items.

Car is in driveway, all PM's from last 3 months have been replied to, if you didn't receive a reply send me what you want and I'll get back to you.

@KikeNY
OEM Lexus key (newer, bought new old stock and had it cut)
Copy aftermarket key
Ignition, trunk, & both front door locks
93-94 remote module
Transponder chip & 89-92 remote module (for some reason they sent me an earlier transponder chip so you would need to retrofit this into your 93/94 to get the keyfob button to work, no guarantees as I never finished that project)
$200 shipped

@lev0021 and others asking about the climate control unit;
Climate control unit, was rebuilt with new LCD and fresh bulbs, tested today 1/31/17 all functions working. eBay has them for $135 - $200, I'm asking $105 shipped.

California custom lowering springs on kyb gr2 shocks good condition no leaks. Nice stance and ride quality. Reportedly made by Eibach. Estimate mileage of 30k to be on the safe side, but IIRC it's significantly less. Will check once for leaks or signs of failure uninstalled but I have no reason to think they'd worn or about to be worn. $280 shipped.

Body panels are heavy and bulky so that means costly and hard to ship without damage, so local preferred. Will beat pick your part prices and will be already uninstalled for you.

Sideskirts and cladding... Will have to look at how they're mounted and figure out how to get them off without damaging them. Paint wear and normal scratches and such, one corner piece is rougher than the others but still usable IMO, esp if you're going to refinish before installing. I would be willing to ship these, just not sure what is a fair price and if I can uninstall them without damage.

Gauge cluster was rebuilt, everything works and needles light up completely, with the exception of the gas gauge, it doesn't function, it works sporadically but usually displays E, and I can't send it back since it's been too long. Mileage is 277,144 $150 shipped

Making room in my garage to dismantle and store parts, plan is to be moving this car out quickly in the next few weeks, again suspension and such will be the last to go but I will be hustling and if I have a serious buyer, all the more so.

Over 600 positive feedback (100%) on eBay and a fair share of transactions here on CL too all positive.
All prices are OBO.
Paypal only from verified senders.
Discounts for multiple items and friends I've had previous transactions with.

I'll try to check here every couple days and respond to quote/picture or condition requests.

Car off, pre-start lights check. Needles fully lit. Taken 1/31/17.
Gas gauge usually shows empty even with full tank. Works sporadically.
One semi-local member was interested in the trunk, here are pictures.

LCD not blacked out, buttons work and light up as expected. Some scuffs as seen upper right. Taken 1/31/17.

Sorry leather is cracked and I don't think they would fit the 96 LS400.
