Check with Midwest Foreign Auto Parts in Omaha. They have a web site (search via Google) but their web site didn't list anything. I called them and they had one at another salvage yard somewhere in Ohio. I paid $435 which included 6 mo warranty, but did not include the trim & glovebox kit. Found those on eBay.
