Default Noise When turning Steering Wheel (From Rack?)

I hear a clicking / knocking sound when I turn the steering wheel while the car is moving. I jacked up the car and everything appears tight.

Any thoughts I was thinking steering rack

I just had my steering shaft primary/secondary replaced under CPO due to clicking noise I was getting when load shifted from L to R as the slack in the splines was taken up with a clicking noise... parking lot speeds move wheel from 10oclock to 2 oclock and back and everytime it loaded and unloaded it made the noise... if you sound is similar you may have what I did...

Upper and lower steering shafts... dealer said they do them a lot and not too many hours... I have no idea any details since it was taken care of, sry.

They did also say they had a grease/filler they could inject in there for maybe 1-2 yr fix... dirt cheap... maybe ask your dealer if they offer that option you may consider?
