Secret Hidden Button/switch

Secret Hidden Button/switch
I was under the steering wheel trying to replace a fuse, when I saw a round button switch. It is a toggle switch for something. It's in a 1995 LS400. Does anyone know what it is for?

I believe the one that is there on the 94 LS400 governs how loud the beep noise is when you lock the car..

close, it turns the beep on or off i believe.

Thanks guys. I just found it in the manual too. I was hoping it was for the hidden turbocharger or something.

haha hidden turbo chargers, but as stated that is for the alarm system beep.

If im not mistaken, on the first gens, you can turn the **** to different sound levels. On the second gens, its an on/off type thing.

So you can adjust the "beep beep" noise??? Mine is quiet....so this is what i turn??
Wish my wife had one of these attached to her back.....
