hi,
My friend and I changed the spark plugs on my 2018 LS500h. The hybrid spark plug part number is 90919-01263. This is the exact same one for my 2018 Tacoma v6.
The passenger side took about 20 minutes to do. The driver side required more disconnect the wiring harness in which a pain. In any case, if anyone has the hybrid version, you can get the spark plugs from Toyota dealer for about 12-14 bucks each.

Sean

I just took my 2022 LS500 in for 40K service. The service manager told me the Turbo Intercooler had to be removed to replace the plugs. Anyone know if this is accurate?
