Default Re-registering TPMS

So just found out we can re-register our own TPMS sensors with the car. I made a little DIY if anyone needs it but thought those who switch wheels for winter would like this.
Start off with the car in acc mode.
Go to vehicle setting in dash display.

Then go to TPWS

Then select change wheel set and click ok, the TPMS sensor light should begin to blink. once it turns solid turn the vehicle on.

Then select set tire pressure and your going to want to drive around up to at least 20 mph and do a couple turns it should say registering tpms sensors.

I appreciate the info! Did you end up buying expensive OEM TPMS sensors or did you buy some more affordable aftermarket TPMS sensors? If so, how did they work for you?

Recently grabbed a second dedicated set of winter wheels and snow/ice RFT tires w/ aftermarket TPMS from tirerack. This trick worked like a champ and saved me from having to use my TPMS reset/programming tools. Thanks!
