Default Air suspension question

Do all variants of the 5LS/LS 500 now come with pneumatic/air suspension, or is this a premium option.

Premium option, and the AWD model F-Sport does not come with it all.

I hope thats not true as I was told I couldn't order this feature because it was unavailable for AWD, unless lexus changed it for 2019 which would suck.(for me)

For me, air suspension is a deal breaker. I had it on the LS400 and those costed a ton of money to change.... and failed quite faster than a regular oil coilover.

The failure rate for Lexus air suspensions overall (LX, LS etc.) are overall low compared to other brands - but I agree this is an expensive fix should it need fixed. Curious if the LS uses a new design for the air suspension since a decent % of LS's sold have the packages that have air suspensions....

The air suspension on my 460L was still working just fine after 8 years and 264,000 miles. Hopefully, it will last as long on my 500, although I doubt I will keep it that long.

Wow that’s amazing! Here’s hoping the LS500 holds up as well. At least it has to better than Mercedes’ airmatic solution......
