Compact Spare Tire?
 
I know there isn't room for a full-size spare tire, but is there at least room for a compact spare? BMW 2012-2015 7 series has similar bolt patterns/offset to Lexus, and there is a compact spare option for the 7 series.

Simple answer no, The battery is in the trunk and the way they have it setup it would not be possible.
