Hi,
I have done all of that. The problem is the music sounds better connected via USB. Hopefully Lexus can have an answer for me soon. I connected my old i-pod today the one that worked with my 2014 LS460 and it still isn't working correctly in the 19 LS500. Every time connected by USB when I turn the car back on I get the audio off message. Everything in the LS is up to date with the software and same with my i-pods and i-phone.

I’m curious; can you turn on the “Connect USB device in enhanced mode” option and see if that does anything for your issue?

If you want a quiet and soft ride, pirelli pzeros are a good choice. But the wear isn't good.

i found that mode an turned it on and the same thing happens. When I turned the car back on audio was off. I am going into the dealer tomorrow to trouble shoot with them and technical to see if we can fix it. Hopefully we will get something good. If not I can just have my iPod Via Bluetooth and no phone. But the sound is richer via USB.

Thanks. Will do. Not lowered but the increased tire height fills up the wheel wells more than the stock tires. Made sure the suspension wasn't in access mode for the pics..Shop had pressure at about 40. Gonna raise it and see how it feels cuz usually higher pressure rides better with extremely low profile tires. But at 40 psi, it was pretty stiff.
