Default I got my new LS500

Here's an actual photo. Note the dark ultra-suede door panels in the luxury package, although I also like the light beige doors on the mid-level model.

Edited remarks: The last two stock photos are from a Lexus website. I used them to show my colors. I will post actual pictures of the car in a reply.
I went into the Lexus dealership last week and saw a beautiful LS500 that had just been put on the showroom floor. I asked if it had been sold and was astounded that it had not been ordered for someone. By 5 pm that day, I was driving it home after trading in my 2008 LS600h with 65K on the odometer.
My new car is the top line model in "Autumn Shimmer," a medium brown with copper metalflake. Interior is brown and white. It's really beautiful.
I'm still reading the owner's manual and learning how to set everything up. Lots of fun.

Congratulations! It looks beautiful in that color... almost dark red!

Hi OP, congrats on your new LS500. But it can't be the one in the photos. They are stock photos available freely on the web. The top one is of a LS500h and available from many links.

Many of us would love to own an LS500, but not just a photo of it

Isn't the interior pic a right hand drive model?

Yeah, those are just marketing pics. We'll see if the thread starter replies with actual pics

What is that button next to View (Camera) which is next to HUD switch. That is the switch no one knows what it does. Could be an European version?

It appears to say "View". Is it the on/off switch for the Panoramic View Monitor?

I think he is referring to the rightmost button. I can't seem to make it out too...

Okay, here are the real photos of my new LS 500. It is now 6 days old, and I'm lovin' it. It will be my wife's primary driver, and I'll make do with my Jaguar XK.

Great seats with more adjustments than I can imagine. The stickers on the door jamb have to go. Also need to figure out how to cover the seat-belt warnings on the sun visors.

The top-line model has suede door panels. The stock photo I posted earlier was mid-level interior.

Fort Worth museum. Just went over 100 miles.

Yes, the "View" switch turns on the 360 degree camera. Very useful when driving into a tight spot (Like our driveway). The cameras do a full sweep around the car and then transition into a direct-overhead view to show what's nearby. Amazing technology.

What about the button to the right of "View"?
