Looks beautiful!

I'm curious if you cross shopped the competing models in this segment, S Class, A8, Panamera, 7 Series, Quattroporte. If you had any specific commentary on the contrasts between the models prior to deciding on the LS?

Or did you already know you wanted one and didn't care to compare?

The new styling, both inside and outside, is what drove our decision the most. My wife and I also like the new LS' safety features. We were never fan of the relatively poorer quality of the Panamera, 7 Series, etc. And for our sporty inclinations, we simply take our Audi S5 couple out to enjoy. So the decision was relatively straight forward for us. And so far, we have really enjoyed our new LS since a month ago.

That is a really cool paint color! Is that "autumn shimmer"?

The HP generated by the Twin Turbo charged V6 is more than enough to propel the new LS 500. Our driving experience is that the new car seems much more powerful than our 2007 V8 LS 460.

Its definitely more powerful, what it lacks is the smoothness and the sound of the V8.
