Default Fog lights and Hold button

I was on the Lexus site the other day looking at some pics of the LS500. A few thoughts came to mind.

1) I have not seen clear shots of the interior with ambient lighting. I hope there will be plenty of ambient light colors like the S-class. Has anyone seen or read anything about this feature?

2) I don't see any hints of fog lights on the LS500 or 500h or F-sport. None of the video clips show fog lights either. Do you think Lexus did away with them?

3) It seems like the Hold button is in an odd location, on the center console below the PWR/VOL dial rather than on the steering wheel. I seldom use the Hold feature (very little traffic where I live ), so it doesn't matter to me. But do frequent users think the new location is ok?

Lastly, the site says that the LS500 will arrive in early 2018. So finally, Lexus is admitting the car will not go on sale in 2017. For me, it will certainly be worth the wait.

My guess is no foglights. Becoming pretty common, Audis don't have them, neither do MBs.

Hold button is a little less convenient there, but thats a more typical location.
