Definitely Japan. The LS is built at Toyota premier construction facility and is the highest honor for Toyota employees to work on the LS and the LX/LS for that matter as these are their statement cars now that the LFA is out of production.
As for the ES, I believe like the RX450h, I am 99% positive that the ES300h is made in Japan as well. I believe this leaves us with the LX570, RC500, LS500, GS's, IS's, and the ES300h as the only Japanese Lexii.

Decidedly Japan as only the ES350 in Lexington, KY and FWD RX are made in North America (Ontario). I also believe that new RX Hybrid (RX450h) is likewise made in Ontario

Indeed. I meant to point that out as it has only been the RX Hybrid in the past few years that has not been made in North America. While I realize automation is taking on a larger and larger part of automotive construction, I still greatly prefer cars that are made in Japan.
It is a big reason why I often recommend Mazda'a to those with a lower budget and or insist on purchasing a new vehicle as since post Ford, all Mazda's are made in Japan. I know the 3 is also made in Taiwan, Iran, and Columbia, but I am almost positive these are made to skirt those countries import tariffs and none of which are sold here. As usual, please correct me if I am incorrect, but I would wager money I am correct on this.
