Default Front End Damage

Greetings,

My LS was involved in an accident last month. Long story short. The body shop was able to put it all back back together. The only issue now is.

The insurance company sent out a third party to program the headlights and the tech cannot get them to work. What are my options at this point? The body shop seems to be dragging and this is the final step before getting the car back.

Any tips? here are the pics. I’ll also post in the FB group.

TIA

Assuming this shop isn’t a Lexus dealer shop, can’t they just take it to a Lexus dealer?

Apparently your body shop, and the contractor they use, isn't up to the task. I'd call the insurance company and TELL them you are taking it to the Lexus dealer for a safe, complete repair. Who knows what they find though. That sensor behind the front emblem is probably pricey.

correct. It’s not a Lexus shop. I told them to take it to Lexus and I also called the insurance and let them know what’s going on.

Thanks
