Default LS600HL vibration

I recently swapped out the control arms tie rods and ball joints but there is a vibration around 20-30 mph. I had the tires balanced a month ago and just had a wheel alignment done. Can someone help me figure out what it could be

What of kind of vibration do you have? Was it there before the work done on the front end?

The vibration was a lot worse. But that was because of a loose inner tie rod before I changed it out. The current vibration is mild and cannot really be felt in the steering wheel

Were the wheels/tires rotated as well? Sometimes a wheel can be slightly out of balance and cause a mild vibration at certain speeds. It's possible a rotation may cure some small imbalance deviations.

To have a vibration between 20-30 mph it would really have to be out of balance

A wheel alignment may solve your problem.

Default Check each wheel for runout. Yt has great vids.

I had the same issue. I was told when I got 5 new tires they checked the wheels for bent. I guess they missed this one. Swapped it with the spare fixed my long term issue.
