Default Good angle

I was visiting my parents yesterday and parked 1/2 way up the driveway instead off all the way up since they were doing some yard work when I arrived.

This lead to me getting an interesting angle for a picture from the 2nd floor balcony while my dad and I were shooting bows off the back section.

It's a damn nice looking car, it keeps growing on me somehow......not bad for an 07 lol!

Really shows the lines and how classic these cars are. Please don't put 22's on it and lower it 6inches....

It's at a far greater risk of getting a super and ISF LSD plus some good 2 ways than that lol!

I already am having issues trying to avoid 19s but my 18s won't clear larger brakes, the 18s with the tires are have are a very light combo though and I don't want to add 8lb per corner.

Wow, that bottom pic could have been in the 2007 Lexus sales brochure! That car is a keeper!

High praise for a quick shot lol! Thanks man, now that you said all that I'm tempted to redo it at some point with a real camera and with the sun directly behind on a better angle.....and clean off the driveway etc...

This summer I'm planning on taking a picture with 5 Lexus cars from my families fleet in a "V" that will be a little more intentional

That's a beautiful shot! You also have a very nice yard lol. What tint are you using btw and what are the percentages?

Thanks but that's my parents place lol! My yard is not nearly as clean as my dads since I have to do some edge work this year...

Tint wise I am using 100% front (aka none) and 90% rear with 50% on the sides, same amount I have on all my cars since it is enough to stop the sun and I can still easily see out of it at night. I don't really run that aggressive of tint bur the picture makes it seem dark. The active headlights on the 460 at night make it even easier since they will swing fully over to make the tint a complete non-issue I have found.....much better than my A8 that just turns a 2nd bank of LEDs on when you turn.

OMG you have an A8 too, nice!

Yeah, the AFS is pretty useful. Driving other cars it feels abnormal that the headlights only light up what's directly in front of you.

The older I get the more I regret dumping thousands of dollars on the 13 facelift. The 07 really was handsome.

Seriously. I have a '15, but I still think the pre-"spindle" front end looked better.

Not to be biased....but I agree and think 09-11 was the ultimate form of visual cohesion the LS ever had. The 10-12 is too boxed off within certain elements for no reason and it disrupts the cars from, and the 13+ looks like it's face doesn't match the car even if I think the rear end is super nice. That combined with the fact I just could not see myself paying 35-45k for a 13+ when it is SO SLOW vs same price alternatives, I ended up with a 15 4.0 A8 with a stage 2 setup and the 460 since one is insanely fast and the other is one of the best riding cars that still maintains an overall driving feel I like with excellence in quality that the Germans just don't have.

The original 07 look is the most visually cohesive, if not boring version of the 460. If I could get that plus the 13+ interior and rear end and 250 more HP it would be the perfect car IMO
