Seeing this in person made me feel better about it. I’m fairly certain the wing was a dealer install as pointed out above. The paint is identical and looks cleanly installed. It’s definitely not the OEM ones posted before. I actually like the way it looks now that I’ve seen it up close. Here’s a side photo of it:




Thanks everyone, the car is currently in for an all day PPI that’s costing a small fortune but I learned not to buy anything without doing one first.

Now that you have provided pictures my opinion is leave it as is; subtle lines and not that noticeable and does give this car a unique feature.

 

And man does it get annoying when one shops for cars that come from salt free regions. Just leave it stock perhaps?

The wing in question doesn't look too bad, I would personally want it to integrate a little more with the trunk lid but that's a personal taste thing.
