Default How important is Rear Differental?
I have a 2009 ls 460 with 112,000 miles on it, my mechanic has suggested ai change it soon but I was woundering your opinion and thoughts on it?

I am sorry, but what did your mechanic suggest to change? If it is diff fluid, than yes, you should change it. Make sure you use high quality fluid like Mobil 1.

If it has never been changed, yes change the differential gear oil.

Your mechanic is looking out for you. Go for it with quality fluids like Anfanger suggested.

Should be changed every 100k; make sure the fluid you use as the proper additive pack if your diff has a lsd.
