hello, i would like to know the difference between models LS 2011, 2012, 2013 fully loaded

The 2013+ models have been facelifted with a mid cycle update; they have the signature Lexus spindle grille design, totally redone interior, and subtle mechanical upgrades. The 2010-2012 models are fairly similar to each other if I’m not mistaken.

The 2013+ got blind spot monitoring, the infotainment is totally different, remote touch control vs touchscreen. The way the drive modes work was changed. 2011 and 2012 are identical.

 

2010 to 2011 LS's differed by dropping the Lexus logo from the trunk lid. Added a 12v power socket to the console
Oh, they dropped the Truffle color and added Smart Stop throttle override system.

2011 to 2012 LS's revised the wiper and dimmer graphics and wait for it...dropped the Alarm window sticker...
The 2012 was the only year for the Sport Special Edition for RWD in Obsidian (Black) w/ Black/Topaz (Beige) two tone interior.
Dropped Smoky Granite Mica for Nebula Gray (big loss), dropped Advanced Parking Guidance System (no loss whatsoever)

As sdls mentioned the real changes came through in 2013 for the LS. Lots of visual changes to the exterior:
Hood, grille, fenders and deck lid, rockers and bumpers, wheels and lights (lots of LED's), Lots to the interior also:
New IP and console, new wood trims, '12.3 Nav display, new steering wheel & shifter, Climate Concierge added.
New colors in and out: Mercury becomes Platinum, Peridot (green) becomes Fire Agate (brown)
Sport Special Edition cosmetics make way for real F-Sport trim and features. Luxury Package discontinued (?).

Not in the original question but for 2014 Siri Eyes Free was added and Bamboo Trim debuts
