Default Replacement wiper recommendations

Hi guys,

Anyone have any recommendations on replacement wipers for LS600hL. I am unsure if the ones on the car are original Lexus but the rubber is falling apart.
Appreciate any help, thanks

I've been using the Bosch Icons for a long time, and like them.

I saw a thread where people recommended Lexus-labeled wipers and inserts. I am looking to replace mine too and curious what other people are using.

If the arms are OEM I would buy the inserts from a Toyota/Lexus dealer but since yours are in such bad condition you might have to take another route.

If you can use the OEM inserts... You can order a set from here, this is from a Lexus dealer and they ship pretty quickly...

I recently changed to Denso Hybrid wipers, once you buy them I think they accept refill strips later on, I just got them, so I can only tell you that they are working well thus far so no initial problems. Does not require the initial adapter the model number is:

DUR 060L
DUR 043L

https://www.denso-am.eu/products/aut...-wiper-blades/

i bought them for about 34 USD locally here in Ukraine.

I use OEM, but that doesn't mean others won't work well. In my experience, wipers work best on a bare windshield with no coating (e.g. RainX or equivalent). Keeping your wipers clean by occasionally wiping them with WD40 will help keep them silent

Get the OEM wipers. I have tried everything repeatedly, Bosch, PIAA, Valeo, all of them and none of them perform as well as the OEM blades.

If you don't drive in the rain, what difference does it make?!

It's funny reading this because I have an independent mechanic who does all the maintenance on my LS. He has changed my wiper blades and I have no idea what brand he has put on. I guess I should pay attention, but then I have no complaints.

I have to agree; over the years I've tried many aftermarket wipers and nothing seems to work as well as new OEM's. They might seem fine at first, but then when they're dealing with slush and ice you realize they're not as good.

I have also never tried any aftermarket wipers that dont eventually start skipping on the windshield., OEM never does.

Yes he does an excellent job in his reviews. His testing is insane, but really shows the product results.
