Default Brake upgrade:

so guys from the previous thread:
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/ls-...sc-or-not.html

LS460 (F) BRAKE SIZES:
Sport fronts: 15"
Touring fronts: 14.1"
Standard front: 13.2

LS460 (R) BRAKE SIZES:
Sport rear: 13.2
Touring rear:13.2
Standard rear:12.4

i have yet to measure but I’ve seen my list of equipment on Lexus drivers and I definitely do not have the touring package.

so if you look at rock auto for 2007, the list it as the sport package but is essentially the touring packs there’s option for the 14 fronts and 13 rear and the standard. And the callipers are also different, the part numbers are different even on lexuspartsnow.com so my question is how different are the callipers is it something that can be modified or am I sol? If this was the US I’ll just buy refurb ones from rock auto end of story it’s not a lot of money. But here it’s a hit more complicated. I have to buy used etc

Also I upgraded to 19 inch rims so I’m thinking some better braking might be great.and pls don’t refer to me guys with 21” rims etc and air ride, that’s not the sort of people I’m interested in getting opinions from no offence we obviously have different ideas of automobiles in general to agree on anything
