Default Door wood trim

Hey

Does anyone know if the door wood trim can be replaced? i'm tired and never liked the 2013 wood/silver design. I want to replace them with the wood from a 2007-2012 model, will this parts from a 2007 fit a 2013 model? I also want to replace the door switch trim panels. I love the wood in picture.

Thanks.....

It's probably cheaper to wrap it.

If you replaced only the door panels and not the dash, it will look really odd with a metal and wood dash and an all-wood door.

I think the doors and panels themselves look pretty unchanged in overall design and size from 2007-2017. But there could be differences in clip placement, wire guides etc. behind the trim, so unless you actually tried swapping one, you can't know for sure. You could also ask a Lexus body shop or your helpful Lexus dealer

They will not fit. Unless you replace the panel as a whole. The top wood trim on a 2012 and under are a different shape near the dash. The holes under it are off too. I know i tried.

Agree they won’t fit near the dash. I also agree that it would look strange with the door trims not matching the rest of the trim on the dash, console, wheel etc.
