Default Octane requirement

I know the LS needs premium, but for what octane is it tuned for?
When I lived in Ca our Premium was 91.
Here in Ga it's 93.
When I drove cross country Ok only gets 90 for it's premium. Does Lexus tune for the lowest premium in that country?

Thanks, I was just wondering if the cars were tuned for 90 octane. I know lower octane can be used as the computer will just pull timing and such and you'll have less power. I ran 87 on my LS 430 as it was a slow car to start with. It still saw as high as 30 to 31 mpg driving cross country.

I have a high miler: 2009 w/ 214k miles
I have used 87 octane for 80% of the 8 yrs I have owned it since I didn't notice performance/mileage improvement
(I will mention that I had to get 4 direct port injectors replaced at 110k, and it crossed my mind if gas quality in general contriubuted.)
Back to octane, since about 210k miles, I noticed a significant reduction in acceleration.

1.5 gas tanks ago, I thought I would splurge on a tank of Costco 93 octane to see if I could notice any diff
about 1/2 into that tank, I noticed the acceleration improving.
In the next tank I swear I can feel it getting better.

Something to try if you feel a drop in perf. as you start piling up the miles
