Dash just lit up...Brake Actuator?
I know there's a ton of info here about brake actuators failing, and by the looks of it, I'm the next victim.
Question: I have service records indicating the actuator was replaced in 2012 by the dealer. Does anyone know if Lexus will cover this current failure? I know the original had the 10-year warranty, so maybe this replacement also came with the same 10-year warranty?
Here is what it looks like:

if they replaced it in 2012 with the same part number then you need a replacement, but if they replaced it with the updated part then im thinking its something else, lets hope.

Also sorry to tell you that the dealer didn't use Toyota/Lexus OE ATF WS transmission fluid, which is required by Lexus. They used the 3rd-party DuraMax transmission fluid. This is a very rare practice by a Lexus dealer. Usually, Lexus dealers stick to OE Toyota/Lexus ATF WS transmission fluid.
