I don't see where this has been done but I'm curious to get a snapshot of failure rate in 2007-2012 LS460’s, and possible ties to brake fluid changes or lack thereof.

It would be helpful for everyone to at least answer the poll ABOVE whether your actuator has failed or not.
More data points = improved accuracy.

Year/Mileage of Fluid flush/change: (estimate if unsure of year, "haven't changed" if you're still on stock fluid, Reply "Don't know" if you're unsure on service history)
Year/Mileage of Actuator Failure: (estimate, or "Hasn't failed" if it's not been replaced).

I am curious to see what the actual rate of failure is, and if there is any correlation to brake fluid service being performed or not. We face a challenge of small sample size... so in reality we need as many responses as possible to have any real idea of trends. Hopefully we can get good participation.
