Default 2013 headlight

I was wondering how you can turn the big led light bulb on, on the left side. The 2 bulbs on the right are on when using low beam and high beam but not sure to turn the big light bulb on.

The inner projector is empty. There is no bulb inside. I took the engine covers off and check on mine. The back is sealed. I can see the harness connect to the outer projector but not the inner projector.

Thanks for checking. I'm thinking to myself why. I guess just for looks.

I believe the extra light is used in some international markets. If you watch some reviews of the late model German vehicles they use some sort of “laser LED” headlight that throws a beam a crazy far distance, and of course they have to wrench down the power before exporting to the US to meet our standard caps.

That projector is used if the car has the night vision option (very rare) to house the infrared cameras.

Ooooh! Infared Cameras. Safety and a very 007 James Bond kind of appeal. I see a new mod Kee318. Heads up Display and you could drive around in the dark.
