So guys i know if i run the fronts R19 at 8.5" with the stock 120 x 5 and 33 offset on 245 50s no issues there, for the back though, everything being the same the width is 9.5" and the offset is 38. So what kind of ring or hub thing do I need to get and at what size?how is that determined?

You may be combining/confusing two different things.

Hub rings - little to do with offset; just read this https://us.hubcentric-rings.com/why_hub_centric_rings/

Spacers - adjust how far outward (away from rotor and toward fender) your wheels will sit.You might need these to clear the bigger front calipers or just make your wheels fit flush to the fender or extra style points.
