You know what is more subtle? I have seen door jams replacements that replace the small black piece with a metal piece with Lexus engraved on it. Why not something understated like that? Or get some of the Lloyd's premium floor mats and add the emblem plate to them?
Plus with it being stuck on with 3M tape, it always runs the chance of coming off in front of someone or getting hooked on a bag. That would be embarrassing.

The internet is designed for anyone to say what they want. When you throw something out there, you'll get a mixed bag. That's just the way it is on this vast wasteland. With that said, enjoy the badge and wear it proud. It's what you like and regardless of what others say, you get to see it every day. Good for you.

I am also very happy with the results. I will be adding another badge to the diamond stitched mat in the rear as soon as I get it.
In my opinion, the shield is sporty and brings a different level of personality to the car.

Thought i would post this here. Got these and put them on the chrome trim on back doors. Looks ok i will see how it takes before they fly off. Has 3M tape so may hold for a bit.
