Passenger door lock doesn't work from inside
 

Any clues why the passenger door won't lock/unlock from the switch on the inside of the door? The exterior lock/unlock works fine for both proximity and the exterior button on the handle, but I can't get the inside door look to trigger. Any ideas?

Bad door lock actuator? Somewhat common issue on the LS430, not sure about the LS460.
