Default Finding power in the trunk

I have a 2011 LS460L AWD with the rear recliners but not the exec pkg/screen/etc. Anyway, I want to put a 12v cig-lighter type power outlet in the trunk for some low draw devices but would not want to limit it to that current unless necessary.
The car has a fuse box/junction block in the trunk beneath the driver side trunk lid hinge [see pic 1]. All of the fuses are present except for the 30A and the X slot (which I am guessing is not wired but it would be great if I'm guessing wrong and it were wired).
I have the 5 seat so the back of my center console has a 12v power port rather than the 120v. Likewise the rear console has no 120v outlet (and also no 12v outlet) behind the massager controls.
The junction box has a 15A fuse for "AC100/120V" and also a 15A fuse for "RR CIG" (both present) [see pic 2]. Since I don't have a AC outlet anywhere that I can find I was expecting to find that slot empty but I nevertheless wonder:
1) if I can use that "AC100/120V" slot for powering a 12v outlet in my trunk? If not which?
2) Is it best accomplished via a "Add-a-circuit Fuse TAP Adapter"?
3) How do I ground it?
4) Any tips on reinforcing the trunk liner to be stiff enough for insertion and extraction forces when using the power port?

Thank you for any help!

The empty slot marked " [ / ] " is hot

I have a "Add-a-circuit Fuse TAP Adapter" that produces a fused hot wire so I guess I just run that to one terminal of the power outlet and wire the remaining terminal to the bolt holding the junction box to the body with a crimp on ring or spade terminal. Anyone done this?

You could also use a circuit tester to find something that is either switched or constant hot in the trunk and just use a line tap and blade end and ground to body.

Thanks DedBirdDog. As long as I have the junction block handy I'm inclined to take advantage.
