so I am guessing our cars take less than 5L during an oil change ?

The other option is toyota synthetic 0w20 that runs less than 10 USD a quart.
Price aside it is not a huge difference keeping in mind I only have the 5W20 option with quaker.. what should I get? Quaker or Toyota?
Also I cannot find Amsoil filters here in Ukraine or anywhere nearby. Neither can I find mobil1 filters. Bosch filters are easy enough to get I think, would that be better than Denso filters? or worse?

I'd say get the cheaper of the two you have readily available.
47. 0W20 Toyota Motor Oil, API SN, synthetic = 101,460 psi
Ranks quite highly.
I wouldn't pay a huge premium for amsoil or Mobil 1 filters. Just get a good reasonable cost filter and change them regularly with your oil.

So I thought I'd share some interesting and different toyota oils we have here. So far I have found 3 in this one shop, there are Lexus branded ones some other place but I do not think they are any better than these. Use google chrome for auto translation and 1 USD = 26 UAH
First we have US spec:
https://prom.ua/p643803518-motornoe-...oyota;all.html
Then we have one labeled advance fuel economy that comes in 5L jugs
https://prom.ua/p643803533-motornoe-...oyota;all.html
And last but not least some japan spec ones produced by hydrocracking whatever that means that comes in 1 and 4L cans.
https://prom.ua/p643803525-motornoe-...oyota;all.html
Ok I am leaning towards the 5L jugs, but anyone want to chime in on the Japan spec ones?

Help me understand something.... this graph shows that in cold temperature I should be using 5W20 right? So why does it say "However, SAE 0W- 20 is the best choice for fuel econ- omy and good starting in cold weather." Do they mean best compromise....

Pretty certain the lower the cold temp viscosity number, the more well suited it is for colder climates. Using either 0w or 5w-20 oughta be perfectly fine. Don't overthink the viscosity, just change your oil and filter regularly instead.
