DIY Exhaust Flange Vent
Jason emails me a pic and I'm grateful. At the end if the day of toy have the time and patience go ahead and try to diy install. PersonallyI'd i were into this sort of thing i would go with Jason's product just for the reason that i have enough other areas where i save money working hard maintaining 3 cars and i don't want to take any other projects. Kudos to both of them.

I am still on the fence on the mod. But would like the one that is been around longer. Curious if anybody has ever run the idea by a lexus tech to see if they had any big problems with it or could down the road?
Also would be good if they were should some place easy to find and buy. Like ebay, amazon market place or even on Club Lexus market place.
I was searching for a little while and could not find here. Under exhaust in CL market place is only one ad for mufflers and not the spacers.
RR601 - They are for sale in the Club Lexus Vendor Products for 4LS: HERE
Look for Exhaust Vents. I worked for the Toyota Technical Center, in Ann Arbor, MI for years. I also worked for the Hyundai-Kia America Technical Center for years as well. I can tell you that a Lexus "tech" is not the best place to get the kind of feedback you would be looking for. They certainly know how to diagnose a problem and repair a problem. But that sort of question is neither. I will give you my opinion. My Exhaust Vents are made of STAINLESS. The original exhaust components are not. The exhaust components will need replacing before the exhaust vents will. And the exhaust components will likely not need replacement during most people's ownership. There has been rusty mufflers replaced though. And due to the location of the Exhaust Vents, the exhaust is already treated by the catalysts. What small amount that escapes is the same as the huge amount that escapes the tailpipes. The sound waves that escape though are very nice.
It doesn't get much easier to order these than simply sending an email request to oliverenterprisesinc@gmail.com I will answer any questions you have.
