I have no financial interest, but I just had Discount Tire put on a set of Pirellis. I got the $70 from Pirelli, $60 from DT, and another $100 for using DT's credit card, which allowed 6 months no interest. Total out the door was $942, with $230 coming back in card rebates.
I have to say--after six months of these tires on my 2011 GS350--they are excellent. Quiet. Hug the road good. Excellent stopping distance. I can't think of anything negative about these tires. And plus, they have a very good price out the door. Really glad I read about them on this forum and bought them. (Even put another set on my Ford Fusion.)

This included install. They used my prior Tpms sensors. It was a Presidents Day sale.
I'm in the process of looking for tires for my LS430 and the P7 is one that I have seen recommended but I could have also sworn I saw where someone said they were having issues with the tire not tracking well on the highway after a few thousand miles.
I'm torn on which tire to get, every time someone recommends a tire someone else comes in with a negative and says go with a different brand. Right now I have close to 50k miles on a set of Michelin Premier and in general they are a good tire for me other than on certain roads I get a lot of road noise out of them, enough that when I'm on hands free call I'll get questioned what that noise is.
According to the OP the sale doesn't start for another 4 days. My guess is it won't show up on the website until then.

Is this the one you bought? I know not the size, I'm looking to put them on an LS430.

I think it was the higher V (149 MPH) speed rated tire called Pirelli Cinturato P7 All Season Plus
For the 2005 LS430 with Lexus stock wheels is either the 17 inch tire:

or 18 inch tire:
