Default Pirelli Tire Reward

Got a new Tire Rack catalog today. If you are thinking about getting a set of the Pirelli Cinturato P7 All Season Plus tires for the LS any time soon they have a $70 prepaid MasterCard reward on each set 23 March - 16 April 2018. Just a heads up

Pirelli seems to have the $70 rebate offer about twice a year. I think it took about six to eight weeks for me to get my reward card last year.

When I got mine they did not have a reward/rebate. Just wanted folks to know if they were thinking about new tires now might be the time to pull the trigger.

Thanks for the heads up! I actually might consider taking advantage of this offer so you`ve helped at least one person with your post.

I have no financial interest, but I just had Discount Tire put on a set of Pirellis. I got the $70 from Pirelli, $60 from DT, and another $100 for using DT's credit card, which allowed 6 months no interest. Total out the door was $942, with $230 coming back in card rebates.

I have to say--after six months of these tires on my 2011 GS350--they are excellent. Quiet. Hug the road good. Excellent stopping distance. I can't think of anything negative about these tires. And plus, they have a very good price out the door. Really glad I read about them on this forum and bought them. (Even put another set on my Ford Fusion.)

This sounds like a great deal! Was this including installation and/or TPMS? I'm not seeing all of these offers on their website currently so how did you find them? I see the Pirelli rebate but that ends soon. Can you provide links for other rebates?

This included install. They used my prior Tpms sensors. It was a Presidents Day sale.

According to the OP the sale doesn't start for another 4 days. My guess is it won't show up on the website until then.

I'm in the process of looking for tires for my LS430 and the P7 is one that I have seen recommended but I could have also sworn I saw where someone said they were having issues with the tire not tracking well on the highway after a few thousand miles.

I'm torn on which tire to get, every time someone recommends a tire someone else comes in with a negative and says go with a different brand. Right now I have close to 50k miles on a set of Michelin Premier and in general they are a good tire for me other than on certain roads I get a lot of road noise out of them, enough that when I'm on hands free call I'll get questioned what that noise is.

The OP mentioned the deal he saw listed at Tire Rack. While Spudo769 mentioned the deal he got recently through Discount tire. I agree in that I'm also trying to figure out which are the best tires to go with taking into account price and warranty. I hear most CLers say the Pirelli Cinturato P7 All Season Plus, but I know a couple of people have mentioned they had trouble with tire balancing at times. I think it might depend specifically on the MY you're putting them on.

I am coming up on 22,000 miles on mine. If I was in need of new tires I would put them back on in a heart beat. IMHO these are great tires for the LS.

Is this the one you bought? I know not the size, I'm looking to put them on an LS430.

I think it was the higher V (149 MPH) speed rated tire called Pirelli Cinturato P7 All Season Plus

For the 2005 LS430 with Lexus stock wheels is either the 17 inch tire:

or 18 inch tire:
