Exclamation 2008 LS460L ABS System Reset HELP !!

All, I just finished replacing the front left wheel bearing/hub assembly in my 2008 LS460L.
Unfortunately, one of the times that I went to turn the steering wheel, I accidentally pressed on the brake pedal (force of habit), which of course activated a couple of the pistons in the caliper that had not yet been reinstalled.
In order to get the caliper back on the rotor, I first removed the pads, and then compressed the pistons slowly with a pair of channel locks. After I completed the job, I went to start the car, but first pressed on the brake pedal which went to the floor a couple of times before becoming hard at the top. I then started the car, and got display messages to the effect of "Brake Malfunction" ... "Stop vehicle ..." "Have vehicle checked by the dealer", "ABS ...", "VSC ..."
When stopping the car, the brake pedal is very hard, and the car seem to sort of roll to one side as it comes to a stop.

What happened, and is there any chance that I can remedy this situation without taking the car to the dealer ???
Any help would be greatly appreciated !!
Thanks,
Steve

Yes, follow the tutorial and you will be able to restore your brake system in just a few minutes. Additionally, the Linear Valve Offset Calibration procedure will make your brake smoother than before, as hfahmy reported in his postings. hfahmy runs the Linear Valve Offset Calibration procedure routinely every a few months to smooth out his brake system.

Was our recommended solution helpful to solve your problem? Hope that this was not one of those one-shot seeking-help posts that we won't hear the PO after getting the recommended solution from us. We appreciate a feedback too.
Thanks.

Go to a Toyota dealer to do the brake reset for hopefully a cheaper price. I don't think disconnecting the battery for 30 minutes will clear your issue
