Default ls600hl transfert case fluid change - old or new "magic" oil ?

Bought my current ls600hl used and never had the transfer case vibration issue while turning at low speed. I don't know if the previous owner changed the transfer case oil before to address the issue. I'm due for a transfer case oil change and I'm wondering if I should use the type recommended in the owner manual (08885-02606 Differential Gear Oil LX 75W-85) or the revised 'magic' oil after the TSB L-SB-0023-11 (08885-81085). Anyone know if this issue was affecting all cars for those years or just a few problematic car with bad transfer case ? I'm incline to think that it's a design issue so all cars would be at risk. Because of this I plan on choosing the new "magic oil" (although just changing it once and not 3 times since I don't have the vibration issue) but just want to make sure. If someone got the fluid change at the dealer do they added the new revised oil even if the car didn't show symptom described in the TSB or do they stick with the old formula ? Thanks for the info

My differential Gear Oil was changed last year by the dealer: LT 75W-85 GL-5 08885-81060
My gearbox Oil was also changed: 08886-80803

I'm in the Netherlands, do we use different fluids?

The oil is for the transfer case, and although it's called "Differential Gear Oil" the LX type is for the transfer case for the ls600hl not the differential. 08885-81060 is for differential not transfer case, and i'm guessing 08886-80803 is for the transmission.

Looking at this article it seems like the new LL80 fluid is the new standard for the ls awd so that pretty much answer my question: http://carspecmn.com/toyota-and-lexu...ential-fluids/

I looked into this when I got my AWD 2014 LS460 earlier this year. They use the LL80 fluid as well. Tried to order from Lexuspartsnow but it's on indefinite backorder. Plenty of people have had luck with Redline 75W-85. I did 2 cycles of fresh fluid. My car had 298,000 miles on the OEM fluid and no issues. When drained the fluid was worn but I've seen worse. After the new fluid performs exactly the same, just peace of mind for me.
