Just picked up new LS460 F Sport Midnight Edition
Hello,
Lease was almost up on my daily driver. Went to LA Auto Show recently to scout. Had a mostly bad prior AMG ownership and dealership experience (so no more Mercedes for me,) and nothing but good experiences with multiple past Lexus'. Looked at 2017 Maseratti Quatroporte and 2018 BMW M5. Both were priced so much higher than the LS deal I was being offered I just couldn't justify the higher price. Leased new LS460 F Sport Midnight Edition yesterday, 1 of 250. If anyone wants specific details please PM me.

Welcome to CL and congrats on your new LS!! It looks great. Please post a few more pics all around, and the interior too.
From the window sticker, I have two comments/questions, since I have a 2014 LS.
1) What is the smart stop technology? Is that different from the Dynamic cruise control? Or is that just a fancy description for the Hold feature?
2) Your analog clock is GPS-linked. I wonder if that means your clock will automatically change for daylight saving time. I have to manually activate that function in my car.

Nice car. The GPS linked function means when you change a time zone while travelling it will change the time automatically. It should be the same in LS vehicles 2013+, but shouldn’t have anything to do with DST though.
