first off, welcome. moving this to the 4LS where they could better assist. when you say beep, are you referring to the horn?

sounds to me like there is a key inside the vehicle, mine does the long beep when I attempt to lock the doors by touch when my wife has her purse in the car or trunk and has my spare key in it.


so I also found out last night the long beep will happen if one of the doors is not closed completely. when you go to lock via touch or key fob, if a door is open or not properly latched you get this long high pitched beep.

My LS460 beeps if the car is (running) but you exit the car. Guessing you exited the driver's seat while it was running.
