Default Engine Movement

Trying to see if this is too much motor movement. Anyone think this is normal amount? Are do the mounts need replacement??

I don't think that's alot of movement. If the mounts are original they could be bad depending on how the PO drove the car. When I changed the mounts on my 400 the engine moved just like yours.

You are suppose to put it in drive and reverse and observe the movement going in and out of gear and also give it a little gas while holding the brake. Does it feel like it slams into park or drive? If so the mounts might be bad. I've never changed mine. I hope it is not as bad as a 2GS 400/430 where you hardly had room to get to them.

Looks fine to me but it'd be better if you put it in drive and held the brake, then gave it gas.

Unless they're broken, or worse, you hear/feel something hit something else when you accelerate, I'd not worry about them.
